Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

PLEASE NOTE:  A 5% penalty will be assessed on the current amount outstanding if not paid by 4:30pm on due date (usually by the 20th of each month).  Balance on account must be paid in full before disconnection date.  If not paid by 4:30pm the day before disconnection, an additional $37.10 service fee will be charged to your account.
